Refund policy

Purchases on this website are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record.

You can get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of buying, and only while you have not downloaded the book (PDF or EPUB), have read no more than 2 chapters online, have opened no more than 1 premium test and have opened no more than 1 flashcard deck (the glossary counts as one). Your library shows the date your refund window ends, and the site asks you to confirm before a download, a chapter, a premium test or a flashcard deck would end it.

After a download, the purchase is final. Downloading gives you a copy you keep, so we cannot take it back. This does not remove any right the law of your country gives you.

To ask for a refund, use the contact form with your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt. We email you a copy of your request. A refund ends your access to what you bought. We do not give partial refunds.

Bought on Amazon? Kindle ebooks and paperbacks bought on Amazon follow Amazon's return policy. We cannot refund them.
